Delete Your Account

We respect your right to control your personal data. You can delete your Manna account and all associated data at any time using the steps below.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete from within the App (Recommended)
- Open the Manna app on your device
- Navigate to the Profile tab (bottom-right)
- Scroll down to the Account section
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion when prompted. Type "DELETE" to confirm.
Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you are unable to access the App, you can request account deletion by emailing us:
- Send an email to support@apphive.tech
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your Manna account
We will process your request and delete your account within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:
- Your account profile (name, email, profile photo)
- All questions you have asked
- All saved verses and collections
- All personal notes
- Reading streaks and usage statistics
- Mood selection history
- Consent records
- Usage and rate-limit data
What Is NOT Deleted
- Subscription billing records — These are managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to their respective data retention policies. You must cancel your subscription separately in your device's Settings > Subscriptions before deleting your account.
- Anonymised aggregate statistics — We may retain non-identifiable aggregate usage data for analytical purposes.
Important Notes
- This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, we cannot recover your data.
- If you have an active Manna Premium subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account to avoid future charges. Go to your device's Settings > Subscriptions to cancel.
- You can create a new account after deletion, but your previous data will not be restored.
Data Export
Before deleting your account, you may want to export your data. You can do this from the App:
- Go to Profile > Privacy & Legal > Download My Data
- Your data will be exported as a JSON file that you can save
