1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Manna mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Apphive Technologies ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Manna is an AI-powered Bible companion that allows users to ask questions about Scripture, receive daily verses, explore mood-based biblical guidance, and build a personal scripture library. The App provides AI-generated explanations and reflections based on the Bible.

3. Account Registration

To use Manna, you must sign in using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Free and Premium Plans

4.1 Free Plan

The free plan includes:

  • Limited questions per day
  • Daily verse and mood-based guidance
  • Up to 3 collections and 5 personal notes
  • Basic Scripture answers

4.2 Premium Plan

Manna Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription. Premium features include:

  • Unlimited questions per day
  • Follow-up options (prayer, more verses, application, simplification)
  • Unlimited saved verses, collections, and notes
  • Alternate mood verses
  • Longer, richer answers

4.3 Subscription Terms

  • Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Subscriptions
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Manna uses artificial intelligence to generate Scripture-based answers, reflections, and explanations. While we strive for accuracy and faithfulness to God's Word:

  • AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional theological counsel, pastoral guidance, or personal Bible study
  • Responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies or interpretive differences
  • We encourage you to verify all Scripture references with a trusted Bible translation
  • Manna is a tool to assist your faith journey, not to replace your church, pastor, or personal relationship with God

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the App to generate content that is hateful, harmful, or deliberately misleading about Scripture

7. Intellectual Property

The Manna app, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is owned by Apphive Technologies. Bible verses are sourced from public domain translations (primarily KJV). AI-generated reflections and explanations are provided for personal use and may not be commercially redistributed.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through Profile > Delete Account within the App, or by visiting our account deletion page. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apphive Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes but is not limited to reliance on AI-generated content, loss of data, or service interruptions.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
